Biltong is an air dried meat snack from South Africa. Unlike jerky which uses heat and nitrates for quick production in a few hours, biltong is nitrate free and air dried for 5-7 days.

We believe in simplicity, great flavor, and transparency. Our biltong is created using US beef, Red Wine Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce (Gluten Free), Salt, Coriander, Fennel, Black Pepper, and Cayenne.

Unopened packages can be stored at room temperature. Opened packages should be consumed within 3 days. Long term storage in the freezer is also a great option.

Absolutely! We strive for excellence and produce our biltong in a controlled environment where we take into account temperature, humidity, and air flow which all contribute to preventing bacterial growth.
