Who we are

Pure Biltong, Pure Joy. It started with a love of making meat products and the discovery of biltong while visiting South Africa. Biltong is a dried meat product similar to jerky however much more tender and healthy.

Once back home in Montana I was unimpressed with domestic biltong offerings so I started making my own. After many batches and the encouragement of friends and family my biltong is now available for you and your family to enjoy.

Unlike beef jerky mass produced in the US, our biltong is made in small batches with no sugar, nitrates, or other additives. We source only the finest eye of round beef cuts from the Pacific Northwest.

Biltong is a high protein snack with a touch of delicious fat making it the perfect snack for all your outdoor adventures!
